Survey and Design

  • present your options with a full financial summary for your approval
Installation

ICOMM employs experienced installation engineers, and is one of the only telecoms providers in the UK approved to install and maintain Toshiba’s IPedge business phone system.

Our experts have in-depth knowledge of the products we work with thanks to manufacturer-approved training courses – we can offer continual support for your installation with additions, upgrades and product servicing.

Training

We want you to get the best out of your new system. ICOMM will provide initial operations training and show you how to perform basic system checks.

ICOMM also offers:

  • trainer and breakout sessions for all staff on larger installations
  • customer manuals on project completion
  • training videos for some products
Maintenance plans and call out service

Once a system is installed and operational, ICOMM maintenance plans offer reassurance and support to keep your system operating smoothly.

ICOMM maintenance plans can be fully-inclusive or tailored to include:

  • hardware cover
  • servicing programme
  • preventative maintenance
  • critical items-only cover
  • service level agreements to match your business needs

We also offer a call out service – and some issues can be resolved remotely by our highly experienced technicians.
